Fucked Up Friday Night: Unibroue Ephemere

I went out to dinner with the wifey and our buddy Cappy tonight and had this brew. It’s definitely a Euro style (and yet they are Canadians! Well, French Canadians).. something along the lines of a Belgian or a Saison (it actually is a white ale, to be exact) with pretty strong Granny Smith apple taste and smell. It’s not a cider though.. It still tastes like a beer.. Just a delicious beer for a hot day. Probably a pain in the ass to find in a store but if you happen to be somewhere that has it give it a try.
